Western Housing Court
The Western Division Housing Court is using Zoom for most motion hearings and mediations as well as for general questions of the Clerk’s office as well as to check on RAFT applications through Wayfinders, who are also available on the Housing Court’s Zoom platform Monday-Friday. As of September 1, 2022, all cases scheduled on Thursdays will be LIVE and will NOT be scheduled via zoom. Trials are being scheduled LIVE in the Housing Court unless special permission is granted via motion to conduct the trial via zoom. Judge Jonathan J. Kane will be available via Zoom and in person throughout the month of September. Judge Robert G. Fields will be available via Zoom and in person throughout the month of September with the exception of September 26th and 27th. Judge Jeffery Winik will also be available on Wednesdays in the month of September in person in our Pittsfield Courthouse and Judge Fairlie Dalton will be available on Fridays throughout the month of September via Zoom only. The Housing Court will NOT be holding any trials or hearings on September 14, 2022.
